Qualification standards

This isn't an open list, and that's deliberate.

An open directory just adds names. It doesn't improve matching — it pushes the judgment back onto the buyer.

We care about fit, coordination, validation and long-term reliability, not about who's on or off a list. That's why there's a bar.

What we look at

What we look at, in plain terms:

This is the overview. The internal weighting stays internal.

Status system

We manage manufacturers by state, not a simple on/off:

— Candidate — in the system, early; not yet validated on a real project.

— MVP — in real inquiries / project validation; we watch coordination, quotation, lead time, quality and response in practice.

— Trusted — validated in the field; part of the long-term trusted pool.

— Paused — display / recommendation suspended due to an issue or a phase that no longer fits.

The full status system is defined in the qualification card; this page is the public overview.

What is free / what is not

Display itself is free. No listing fee, no placement fee.

Free display is not open listing. A paid upgrade is not auto-listing. Buying a service is not a recommendation, and not an order.

What may lead to pause or removal

A place here isn't permanent. Display or recommendation can be paused for:

We manage qualification status — not paying customers.

What happens if you're a fit

If you fit, the path is straightforward:

Enter as Candidate → get validated on a real project as MVP → after that holds, move into Trusted → and get seen inside the right buyer paths.

No promise of orders — a path where proven capability gets reached for.

Ready for review?

If the standard fits your work, the next step is a separate manufacturer review path.
